Privacy policy
This page explains how Dispatch handles information on this website and in its supported follow-up pilot.
Information you share
Our contact form collects your name, email address, business name, and the note you choose to send. We use it to respond, evaluate a possible pilot, and keep track of that conversation. Please do not submit homeowner records through the public form.
During an agreed pilot, the participating business provides contact details, estimate information, and the basis for contacting a homeowner. Dispatch records follow-up drafts, approvals, messages, replies, opt-outs, and outcomes to run that process.
How information is handled
Information is stored with our hosting providers and is available to the people operating the pilot. Service providers help with hosting, message preparation, communications, and error monitoring as needed to provide the service. Communications pass through the delivery channel selected for the pilot.
We do not sell personal information or share mobile numbers or messaging opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Website storage and logs
This website uses necessary cookies for sign-in, form security, and status messages. The operator console can remember a theme preference in your browser. We do not add advertising trackers or optional analytics to the public pages. Hosting systems process technical information such as request timing and network addresses to serve and secure the site.
The ROI calculator requires no contact information. Its inputs can appear in the page address when you submit the form; do not enter confidential information. Estimates are not saved as customer records.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed to operate the pilot, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and honor opt-outs. An opt-out record may need to remain so the number is not contacted again.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. Homeowners can also contact the business that provided their estimate.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies this version.
