SMS terms
Dispatch supports estimate follow-up for participating home service businesses. Texting begins only after the business and Dispatch have agreed on and activated the pilot.
What messages cover
Messages concern an estimate or project you discussed with the participating business. The planned follow-up sequence includes up to four scheduled messages over roughly two weeks, with additional replies when you engage. Actual frequency varies with the conversation. A person reviews each follow-up before it is released.
Your choice
The participating business must obtain the appropriate permission before contacting you. Permission to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing a service. Submitting this website's business inquiry form does not enroll you in SMS.
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop follow-up messages. Contact the participating business or use our contact form for help. We retain the opt-out record to prevent further follow-up.
Rates and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and service availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is not for emergencies.
Privacy and project terms
See our privacy policy for information handling. The participating business remains responsible for its estimates, offers, project work, and customer agreements. A Dispatch message does not replace the business's written project contract.
